一、卡迪夫大學(xué)

卡迪夫的人力資源專業(yè)其實(shí)算是全英比較好也比較良心的，課程設(shè)置非常細(xì)致偏重于研究實(shí)用化，從人員的挑選的前期準(zhǔn)備開始到合理的激勵(lì)員工，再到解聘和養(yǎng)老金的發(fā)放，還為學(xué)生提供分析掌握雇傭關(guān)系，人力資源管理，及組織理論的相關(guān)知識(shí)。

卡迪夫的HR專業(yè)有CIPD(Chartered Institute of Personnel Development — 英國人事發(fā)展特許協(xié)會(huì))認(rèn)證，這玩意兒留英很有用，但回國然并卵。

格拉斯哥大學(xué)的人力資源管理專業(yè)分為兩個(gè)部分：
