隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來，根據(jù)權(quán)wēi數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，未來在美國對于分析人才的缺口在百萬以上，所以很多院校紛紛開設分析類相關(guān)專業(yè)，以培養(yǎng)相關(guān)人才，滿足就業(yè)市場的需求，在這樣的大背景下，加州大學伯克利分校最新開設Master of Analytics項目

該項目開設在加州大學伯克利分校的工業(yè)工程與運籌系 (Department of Inustrial Engineering & Operations Research)，Berkeley IEOR在US News排名中在IEOR Grauate Program項目排名第三。該項目時11個月，講授優(yōu)化、統(tǒng)計、模擬和風險管理需要使用的數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的分析方法，學生可以掌握最新的處理大數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)工具。

具體課程設置，學生需要完成25 Units的課程：

夏季學期是集中的Python課程

秋季學期是4門核心分析方法課程

春季學期是4門選修課，學生可以根據(jù)自己的興趣進行選擇

夏季學期是為期10周的實習

背景要求

希望學生學習過線性代數(shù)，概率論，統(tǒng)計課程，以及熟悉一門編程語言。

The Personal History statement shoul provie insight to you as a person an any personal experiences that have influence you to apply for grauate stuies in IEOR. This statement can also inclue any obstacles or barriers that you have overcome uring your eucation career, or any social or community projects/ programs with which you have worke.
